The hostel has a very specific reception schedule, from 4:00h(02:00p.m)- 19:00h(07:00p.m.). Check-in must be completed only within this time frame. After 19:00h(07:00p.m.), check-in will not be possible, and we are not responsible for any late check-ins.

• Please note that if your reservation is no-refundable, meaning we cannot return your money, according to the policy of EACH BOOKING WEBSITE.
• No bicycles (normal or electric), skateboards (normal or electric), or e-scooters are allowed, as we have no storage space for them at the hostel. Do not store them in your room either.
• Bcn Condal offers the following free services: Wi-Fi throughout the day, and we also provide tea, coffee, and water.
• The towel we provide is free and should be used only for showering. Do not take it outside the hostel (e.g., to the beach) or use it for removing makeup or any other stains. If you do, we will charge you an extra €35 as a penalty.
• It is strictly prohibited to smoke or consume any unusual substances in BCN CONDAL HOSTAL. If you consume any of these substances, we will charge you €100 and check you out immediately.
• Please note that we do not have space to store your luggage after CHECK-OUT due to lack of space.
• If you do not follow the hostel rules, you will be expelled for violating them.
